Petroleum Station from the Past

16"x20 ~ Original Acrylic Painting, "Yes, We Have No Fuel Today" is part of "South West Traditional Works" otherwise known as "Celebrating the Desert Series". When I asked the locals how long it had been since this fueling station was operational, the response was that it shut down before Kodak made color film. A color photograph was produced of the gas station shut down, the year was unclear, however on the upside a fine free range cow was standing there in the middle of the road, just like they do in Chloride today.
