Refund Policy

Our official store policy is that all sales are final. This is because we are selling one of a kind handcrafted items, and we can't testify to what our pieces have been through outside of our care. However, we do want to make sure that you are happy, so if for some reason you get something that isn't what you thought it was, we will certainly try to fix it. If the item is still in its original condition we may be able to take it back. We deal with these issues on a case by case basis, and we don't have a ton of experience with it, as there have only been a few cases.

If something is damaged in shipping, we have it covered. We purchase insurance on every single piece that ships so that we can deal with any potential shipping accidents. Please let us know right away if something shows up broken. We have been packaging art for a decade now, so it does not happen often, but when it does we will do our best to either replace the item (sometimes through custom order) or will immediately refund your money if you prefer at that time.
